Ruth (Woolfolk) Collins was born April 17th, 1934 in Madison , Il to the late Elder Clarence and Sarah Gaynor Woolfolk, Mom was one of twelve children. Mom passed away on January 21st 2018, at the age of 83 years young. Gone but never forgotton.
